It's been a while since I took any time to update my Do-It/Did-It Rolodex. I took a few minutes on Sunday night to whip these up:
I found this in a magazine (I think it was Country Living). Somebody had painted a wooden charger with chalkboard paint. Then you can write out the names instead of having seating cards. Clever, no?
I desperately need to start working on my heritage album. That beautiful teenage girl on the far right is my grandmother who recently passed away. The other three girls are her sisters. They had a small singing group and wore matching dresses. I really need to pass this picture and the story behind it down to my daughter.
Hubby and I love "Ghost Hunters" on the Sci-Fi channel. TAPS recently visited the Trans-Allegheny Lunatic Asylum on a ghost hunt. The building is amazing. I really want to go for a tour (although the ghost thing freaks me out).
I have about 65 other DIDI cards I need to get done. My goal for May is to get caught up.
