Registration for the 2010 "Summer in Paris" retreat is less than 15 hours away! Thank you for the sweet phone calls & e-mails this week. Your excitement makes this so much more fun for me!
I want to make sure the registration process goes as smooth as possible for you, so here are some last minute tips:
- The registration button is already up on the main page of my "Retreats" website. See it over there, in the left corner? If you click on that before 12 noon EST on Saturday, March 20th, you'll be taken to an "Early Bird" page. If you click on it after 12 noon EST on Saturday, March 20th, you should be taken to the "Registration" page.
- If it is after 12 noon EST on Saturday, March 20th and you're still getting the "Early Bird" page, click "refresh" and try again.
- You don't need to have a PayPal account, but it will make your registration process go faster. To help ensure that you get the classes you want, you might want to sign up for a PayPal account before registration opens. It will save you precious time when you're checking out. Just go to www.paypal.com and open an account.
- MAKE SURE you keep your sign in name and password around when you're trying to register!
- PayPal is a safe & secure way to transfer money.
- If you're not interested in opening a PayPal account, you can pay by credit card through PayPal once you check out.
- Each time you hit one of these "Add To Cart" buttons, your selected product will be added to your on-line shopping cart. A new screen will pop up and show you your shopping cart. You can either click on "Continue Shopping" to go back to the original registration page OR you can just use your mouse to click on the window with your already opened registration page.
- Once a class is full, I will remove the "Add to Cart" button as fast as possible. There may be a brief gap between when the class is full and when I can remove the button. If all of the available slots are sold, you may be sent to a page that explains that the class is no longer available. Go ahead & continue with your cart & check out with your desired classes that ARE available. Once you've completed your check out, e-mail me at korie@wewillalwayshaveparis.com and ask to be put on a "Wait List" for the classes you weren't able to get into.
- It is important to go ahead & ask to be added to the "Wait List" for the classes you didn't get into. Sometimes teachers are willing to accept additional students. Several of the teachers have agreed to teach the class again during the weekend if enough students are interested. And there is always the possibility that a registered student may need to drop the class. Slots will be assigned in the order that students requested to be added to the "Wait List".
- Some of the classes are quite small and the teacher may only take up to 8 students. Other classes will take up to 18 students.
- If you have ANY difficulties trying to register, please drop me an e-mail at korie@wewillalwayshaveparis.com. I'll be glued to my computer for the first few hours of registration tomorrow, ensuring that everything runs smoothly. If you do e-mail me, go ahead & include your phone number for faster service.
I look forward to seeing everyone in August!
XOXO,
Korie B.
